She was seventeen at the time. Iran is signatory to international treaties which forbid them to execute any one under the age of 18; however they continue to do so."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;Nazanin Fatehi, is sentenced to hang to death for defending herself and her niece from 3 rapists.&lt;br /&gt;Because this trial has reached an international audiance, there will be a re-trial on January 10th.
